Overview  

The way we approach work, wealth, and stewardship is deeply influenced by the system we  align ourselves with. The enslaved system thrives on fear, control, and a scarcity mindset,  often leading to exploitation and self-centered ambition. In contrast, the entrusted system is  rooted in Kingdom principles, where God’s abundant provision, trust, and stewardship form the  foundation of all endeavors.  

This chapter unpacks the stark differences between these two systems, challenging us to  examine our mindsets, practices, and motives. By embracing the entrusted system, we learn to view work and resources not as tools for personal gain, but as sacred trusts from God, meant to  glorify Him and serve others. Through this lens, we can break free from the bondage of worldly  paradigms and step into the freedom and fruitfulness of Kingdom living. 

 1.  Identity and Ownership:  

•  Exploring how a person's perception of their identity shapes their approach to  work, leadership, and stewardship.

  1. Abundance vs Scarcity Mindset: 

• Exercise: Take time to evaluate one area of your business or personal life where  you feel scarcity (fear of lack). • Now, reframe each fear by focusing on God's abundance and His promises to  provide.
